- In the case of manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item.
- Refund as per original payment method within the specified manufacturer’s warranty period provided the item is accompanied by original receipt.
- Cash on Delivery exchange or store credit / refund on items returned in original condition, with receipt provided upon payment within 15 days from date of purchase.
- Refund purchases by credit card and cash on delivery, both will be transferred ONLY to credit card account.
- Product purchased within 15 days and returned as nonfunctioning as per operational manual will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested from personnel or by manufacturer’s authorized service center technician.
- Returns available directly at store or option for pick-up (option for pick-up can be subjected to charge)
Refund/Exchange does not apply to Electronics, Swimwear, Personal Care and Hygienic Products and Bikes, Kayaks, Tents, Helmets, 2XU Products.
- Merchandise can only be exchanged or credited in the country of purchase.
- Return / Exchange is possible only if the packing and label has not been tampered.
- Sale Items cannot be exchanged or credited
- Most products offer a form of warranty direct from manufactures for any concerns relating to the product warranty please contact customer care
Shipping and Timelines
- Normal Delivery 2 – 3 days subject to availability of the product.
- A subsequent charge of 30 AED for delivery for any orders below the amount of 500 AED. Items purchased at value above 500 AED delivery is free of charge.
