Return & Refund/Exchange/Warranty/Shipping

Exchange can be made within the period of 15 days, provided the product is in UNUSED CONDITION with original packaging, labels, and invoice.

Swimwear, Undergarments, Socks, Personal Care, Sleeping bags CAN NOT be exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Electronic items, kayaks, and bikes CAN NOT be exchanged. These products necessitate a single decision that must be made prior to the purchase.

Sales & Discounts Items cannot be exchange or refund.

All returns will be refunded as Store Credits placed in the Customer’s E-Wallet, valid for a period of 1 year.

In case of Quality Issues, Manufacturing defects ( as validated by authorized personnel ), the customer would be either given a replacement product, Store Credit, or refunded an amount equal to the purchase price of the product ( Through credit card/bank transfer only). Such refunds may take anywhere between 15-21 days.
- No refund will be made in case of a CHANGE OF MIND after the purchase.

In case of Quality issues or manufacturing defects, Adventure HQ would arrange the pick-up of the item from a customer’s premises. In all other instances, customers would have to make arrangements to ship the items to the designated address or drop it at the Adventure HQ store, Times Square Center.

Acceptance or rejection of a Return is at the final discretion of the Quality Inspector at Adventure HQ.

Shipping and Timelines

All transactions above AED 150, would be delivered free of cost, while transactions lesser than 150, would attract a nominal shipping fee of AED 15.

Almost all orders are shipped out the next day to the customer and delivered in 1-2 working days. However in rare instances, due to product challenges, some orders might get delayed, and the customer service team would notify you through an email and phone call.

Cash On Delivery is a facility offered to ease the shopping experience. Consistent misuse of the facility may result in denial of the option to certain customers at the time of checkout.

Shipping outside UAE is not an automated process and a subject of separate arrangements between a customer and Adventure HQ

Store Pickup
We are pleased to offer a convenient store pickup option for your orders. Please review the following details regarding our store pickup policy:
Order Processing: Once your order has been placed, our team will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for order processing.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
Ready for Pickup Notification: Our customer service team will contact you once your order is ready for collection. You will receive an email or a phone call notifying you that your order is prepared for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.

- Business Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are non-working days.
- UAE Public Holidays are not counted as working days.
Remote Area Deliveries
