We were at Times Square branch today to look for a new bike for my son. Xavier was incredibly helpful. He helped us select and test the bike. We decided to carry on with a Woom bike. He prepared it for us, serviced it, helped us select accessories and gave us lots of information on maintenance. Excellent customer service. I recently took my pre-owned Lapierre Zesty mountain bike to Adventure HQ in Mirdif City Centre for a full safety check and service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

A huge thank you to Harsha! From the moment I walked into the workshop, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Most importantly, his professional knowledge and mechanical skills are exceptional. Managing a specific back injury means bike safety is non-negotiable for me, and Harsha took the time to meticulously inspect the entire frame, ensuring every single nut and bolt was dialed to its exact factory torque specification.

It is rare to find a mechanic who combines genuine friendliness with such precise technical expertise. I highly appreciate Harsha and the entire workshop team for making my pre-owned bike feel brand new and completely safe to ride.
