We were at Times Square branch today to look for a new bike for my son. Xavier was incredibly helpful. He helped us select and test the bike. We decided to carry on with a Woom bike. He prepared it for us, serviced it, helped us select accessories and gave us lots of information on maintenance. Excellent customer service.
