What an amazing experience unbelievable. Especially with the fully professional trainer they will assist you until the end. Rona and Francis are amazing guys who could help your fear reach till to the end very calm to explain and have a lot of patience.

It was the first time for my daughter climbing and Franz taught her and was great. From being scared to even try to finishing till the end

I bought a bicycle online and picked it up the next day. When I arrived, the bike was already assembled, which I did not expect because I ordered it online and wanted it disassembled. This was my first time buying a bicycle from this shop, so I tried to explain my expectation.
After some arguing, they agreed to disassemble the bike and put it back in the box. However, when I got home and opened the box, I found that the pedals were missing.
I tried calling the shop many times, but the phone number is always busy and I still haven’t been able to contact them. I expected a smooth and hassle-free experience since I ordered online, but unfortunately it was the opposite.

Very nice experience the skates and scooter were in good shape and the football field was also enjoyable I also met a kind man named Francis 👍🏾 (he’s very cool give him raise)

We were looking for a balance bike for our son for a long time. First time in Adventure HQ, Xavier helped us with his great expertise, he knew the answers to all of our questions, we ended up buying a great bike my son enjoyed. Definitely recommend.
