We visited the Adventure Zone at HQ at Time Square and it was amazing. Franz was an amazing instructor. He was encouraging and helpful instructor. He guided my son when he thought he could not do it and he managed to complete the full loop. We will surely be back.

She made sure we chose not just what my son liked visually but also - what fits best, will be there to stay as per his specific need - if the pool was covered outside; his age and growth spur; even his hair style and the extra bone growth on his feet were considered! She explained to us what techniques we can use to choose goggles whether for training or leisure; fins-diving or swimming training, the impact of water etc; maintenance of antifog goggles. Practical, efficient, polite and perceivably dedicated. Thanks so much!
