Laouta Cleansing Dust needs water to activate. The cleanser in pure form contains no water so that all active ingredients remain powerful and undiluted. And because they are dry, it lasts much longer. And believe us, it lasts a long time!
The amount of water you add influences the intensity of the cleansing/peeling.
