Effective training on the turbo trainer: the Boost from Tacx
The Boost is easy to install and is also particularly safe and quiet, as it is the only Basic Trainer with a closed brake unit. It's also the most powerful basic trainer and can produce high resistance at low speeds.

Manual resistance control The Boost is controlled by a lever on your steer, allowing you to set the resistance as required. The higher the position, the more resistance.
Silence boost The Boost has a closed resistance unit, which highly reduces noise.
Intervals & power workouts The powerful magnetic brake of the Boost enables intense interval sessions and power based workouts.
Realistic pedal stroke The Boost features an actual flywheel which generates a realistic riding feel.
Click ‘n ride: super easy and super stable The bike is fixed in the trainer easily by two simple clicks.
Despite a small footprint (675 x 650mm) a stable ride is given for your indoor cycling training. The multifunctional front wheel support guarantees a natural wheel position and also serves as a handle to transport the trainer.
Unique dual material roller The roll that places the resistance on your rear wheel is made from two materials: a hardened steel sleeve with a soft core of elastogel. The steel sleeve prevents wear of the trainer, while the elastogel aborbs vibrations to reduce noise.
Virtual power Train with Tacx Training App, Zwift, TrainerRoad or other apps! All you need is the Garmin Speed Sensor 2! This transmits your speed wirelessly via ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart to your device, so you can also use these training applications with a basic trainer. You can track your ridden distance this way as well.
Rotating disc and magnetic brake The resistance is generated by permanent magnets. Trainers with magnetic brakes therefore do not need electric power. The Boost has two rows of magnets, the strength of the magnetic field is adjusted by changing the position of the magnets to adjust the distance to the disc. This adjustment is done manually in 10 steps by the control lever. The 1.6kg flywheel provides all the possibilities for good indoor training.

Survival Skills School - a big disappointment for a lot of money
Dear Team, I very rarely give poor rating for service or product but in this occasion I have no choice. The course was very costly for the quality that we got. The advertisement looked amazing but only half of the content was delivered what led to a big disappointment of my daughter. When I raised my concern the same day with the couch Mr. Aditya, I was told that they are aware of the poor quality and they will organise one more free session where all the missed content will be delivered. And that never happened. I sent multiple messages to Mr.Aditya, he is not responding.
The whole course was not organised well, kids were overwhelmed with theory and half of the activities not delivered. Very poor communication from HQ side. Overall bad customer experience and I will definitely advise all of my friend not to sign up they children for this course.
I had a great experience at the shop, especially thanks to Xavier. He was incredibly helpful with my bike fitting, took the time to make sure everything was adjusted properly, and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. His customer service was outstanding, and he genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable on the bike. Highly recommend asking for Xavier if you visit. Thank you for the excellent service.
