I had a great experience at Adventure HQ. The technician provided excellent service and was extremely thorough. He carefully inspected my bike and even identified a few minor issues that could have become dangerous, especially when riding at high speed.

I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. On top of that, he was very friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

They guided me step by step in selecting cycling apparel, helping me choose the right jersey and bibs from Santini. Their approach was not just about selling, but about ensuring proper fit, comfort, and suitability for real riding conditions.
We then moved to selecting a sports watch, where they supported me through the full hands-on experience with the Garmin Fenix Pro. I was able to try, compare, and understand the functionality in detail, which made the decision confident and informed.

I had a great experience at Adventure HQ, Mirdif City Centre, thanks to Vivek. He is not only a knowledgeable staff member but also a very capable manager.

He provided excellent customer service, patiently assisting me in choosing the right gear and explaining everything in detail. What really stood out was his guidance in the cold chamber section—he showed me how to properly wear and use jackets suitable for extreme minus temperatures, which was extremely helpful.

His professionalism, leadership, and friendly approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
