Product broke within 2 days. And company won’t refund me. They say I need to bring it to Dubai for inspection (I live in Abu Dhabi)

Disappointed with how things are handled here.

Bought this stanley thermos last march. Thats roughly 4 months old.

We are using this only at home for our baby.

Physically perfect, no dents, no scratch.

The issue is:

1. Hot water - less than 8 hours. Way below the product profile

2. The outer body itself is hot after putting in new HOT water. Very unusual. The unit is barely half a year old.

And the disaapponting part is, they will give me a response after 1 week. If im lucky that the brand will respond faster...
