Adventure HQ charges a flat rate shipping fee of AED 15 for all orders that are less than AED 150. Free shipping is offered on all orders above AED 150.

How do I place a return or exchange?

You can request a refund by visiting returns. Provide your order number and respond to any prompts to process your return. Please note that we offer product exchanges for eligible items within a specified time period so the item must be returned in the same condition it was received with all tags attached and packaging intact. Product broke within 2 days

Product broke within 2 days. And company won’t refund me. They say I need to bring it to Dubai for inspection (I live in Abu Dhabi)

Unfortunately, we do not have a branch in Abu Dhabi. We kindly request that you bring the item to our Times Square Center, Dubai branch so that our team can examine it.

After inspection, we will determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or the result of misuse. Please note that only manufacturing defects are covered under the warranty. If the damage is found to be caused by misuse, it will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Disappointed with how things are handled here.

Bought this stanley thermos last march. Thats roughly 4 months old.

We are using this only at home for our baby.

Physically perfect, no dents, no scratch.

The issue is:

1. Hot water - less than 8 hours. Way below the product profile

2. The outer body itself is hot after putting in new HOT water. Very unusual. The unit is barely half a year old.

And the disaapponting part is, they will give me a response after 1 week. If im lucky that the brand will respond faster...
