I bought a bike as a gift for a friend. After contacting the store, they specifically promised over the phone that it would be delivered by noon on the third day at the latest. Instead, they kept delaying it hour by hour with excuses about traffic.
​The gift finally arrived at 9:00 PM, making it impossible to give it to my friend on time. It is extremely disappointing that they make verbal promises they cannot keep. Their online delivery service is unreliable and unprofessional.

Got Osprey backpack from there, and I must say Zayde he was very helpful in explaining and showing me how the adjustments are supposed to be, and other products in the store, he really took the time and effort which you don't see that very often nowadays.
