The app adjusts your resistance and records all your workout information including distance, watts, calories burned, and more. You can then share those results by email or to a network such as Strava. An open system allows users to create apps, so you can explore various virtual races and conquer famous climbs on your screen with your Wahoo KICKR CORE.
